I use it. Its cheap and good in my opinion. Contains some BCAAs, only 8 grams of carbs, 3 grams of fats, and 30 grams of protein per serving. The taste is pretty blah but you can always add it into a smoothie or something and add some more flavor.

Current Supplements: Redcon1's Grunt, Total War, and Big Noise. Dymatize Fruity Pebbles. Fish Oil and Walmart Brand Multi-Vitamin.

If i'm going low budget proteins, I like to use six star cause it tastes good, blends good, ain't too high in anything I don't like, high protein per serving, cheap. What else could you ask for really.
