    Finally did it

After 6 long slow months and multiple failed cuts, I have finally reached the end of my cut. Losing a total of 13KG.

    Age: 23
    Height: 5”11

    Beginning of cut: 83.6KG
    Side: https://ibb.co/x687kg3
    Front: https://ibb.co/XyRDg2T
    Front flexed: https://ibb.co/w4VLF6S
    Back: https://ibb.co/sJ8VL01
    Back flexed: https://ibb.co/NZbdJVV

    End of cut: 71KG
    Side: https://ibb.co/bvpTjP4
    Front: https://ibb.co/WFZGkNd
    Front Flexed: https://ibb.co/zGKBJdT
    Back: https://ibb.co/sRwd1pJ
    Back Flexed: https://ibb.co/0fkNzmm

Do I carry on cutting for another 1KG or start my lean bulk?

Also, as your here, what’s my BF %?

    Congrats.

I would start your lean bulk now. This transition time needs to be approached with care because increasing your calories can make your appetite run away with you - so it will still feel like dieting at least for a while.

You should have a good idea of your TDEE. I would eat at your TDEE initially and see if you can make progress with gym lifts at this level. Use small increases above maintenance to keep progress moving when necessary.

No idea on BF%, I don't think it matters at the moment since your choices are obvious to me at least - gain muscle.

Was hoping that would be the response, I feel like a twig and want to bulk. I believe my maintenance is 2200 so will monitor from there and adjust. Thanks!

Don't be surprised if it jumps back up to more like 2400 after a couple of weeks. 200 cals of metabolic adaptation is not unreasonable.

I hope it does, more food for me... This is where the real challenge starts. I always felt eating on a bulk is much harder than eating on a cut.

Good job and well done for sticking at it

Also what you say above is so true (at least for me), keeping calories controlled during a bulk I find FAR harder than keeping control on a cut. The upside is of course you get to eat more

Good luck with your muscle gain goals!

Appreciate it bro, for sure its much harder... What I previously noticed is that I tended to mentally break and think eating more will only benefit my muscle growth which was the main cause of my previous failed lean bulks
