Before I continue my full-year diet

Before I start, I had a cheat week because of family visit, I just feel like fasting for two or three days and then I will continue to diet healthily. I just want to be back in the zone that’s all and my focus and motivation is increasing when I do it, which is why I’m planning to fast. Do I have to worry about gaining all the weight back? It’s just two to three days, people have reported to have gained all the weight back but that is often crash dieting and I’m not doing that, I’m dieting on -500 calories of my maintenance, let me know whether I should fast or just continue with slow and steady diet

    Thx

Just go back to what you were doing. Any large spikes in weight gain from the "cheat week" will be water weight and glycogen. No need to starve yourself for two days and risk binging.

If you can undo a year's effort in one week, it doesn't speak well of that year.

Don't do the fasting nonsense... you're just punishing yourself because you feel like you broke a rule. Just eat normally but focus on lots of unprocessed foods like veggies, lean protein, fruit, etc...

The problem with fasting is you deprive your body of protein and people tend to overeat on the day after the fast is over. Saving 4,000 just to fast for 2 days isn't worth it in the long run so just go back to a normal deficit and be as consistent as possible with it.
