Is my supplement list looking good? Should I add anything?

    Omega 3 fatty acids
    Vitamin D
    Magnesium
    Multi plus extra c
    Probitotic blend
Protein Powder (unsure of I should mention this)
    Green Magma

Than I want to drink a concoction of green tea boiled with garlic, ginger, lemon and tumeric.

Is grocery store bought tumeric powder ok? Or should I go with pill form? If I buy grocery store tumeric what is a good serving daily? A teaspoon? Tablespoon?

Greatly, greatly appreciate any thoughts or advice/additions/subtractions as I'm just getting healthy again after a lot of years.

    Thank you.

Omega 3, vitamin D, magnesium, a multi and protein powder are only beneficial if your diet doesn't provide enough.

Creatine monohydrate is useful for strength and bodybuilding.

I only take 1 multivitamin and occasionally protein powder, thats it. Supplements are generally unnecessary if you have a well balanced, nutritious diet.

I used to take creatine as well but I noticed zero difference whether I used it or not, so I quit using it.
All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.
