    Low bf meaning sub 10%. You need a certain amount of muscle mass on your delts to manage to have a 3d look. How are you going to achieve that when you have low bf without a pump? Your body sure as hell does not want to keep muscle mass on your delts

    Many might think they have 3d delts, but snap a pic instead of looking in the mirror and you'll see you're still not at the finish line

    My advice,
    Do NOT OHP in the strength range period, If you are benching heavy enough, your pushing strength with be there, in fact trying to do both my strength/gains suffered.

    Do hit them 2-3 a week, with a **** ton of raises in each direction. Doesn't have to be heavy, can be a legit 10 min pump and done

    Press at the end of the workout on a machine or something where you can go all out and exhaust them no less than 10

    Cable shoulder presses for joint stability/ and lots of ext rotatioms

    You will look like a dooomas, but I gotta hella gains, natty. Best exercise for delts imo

    Been in the game for a decade plus and I think you can get pretty close to most of those delts natty OP but you have to make compromises-- either trade off some size or some striations, because JFL if you think you'll have those low BF% boulder delts of peace and prosperity if you're a natty.

    I have reasonable shoulder genetics and naturally good shoulder lifts and even I don't think I've achieved that size exactly though.

    Yes, but its dependent on genetics and a low body-fat. I know a few tradies with capped delts. Dudes who don't even lift weights but do a lot of construction. Hoisting stuff overhead, hanging dry-wall, etc.

    I've a relative that's 6'2 175lbs. Maybe about 8-9% bodyfat. Never lifts weight. Just works construction. Dude is shredded with capped delts.
