He frames the story as attacks on Biden's family, and thought the Russia, Russia, Russia response was Joe's best moment. The story is more about corruption with China and underage activity. Cruz's comments were off, and clearly in my eyes he's just sensitive due to the thing that happened to his wife in 2016.
