Where did you initially learn to strike?
You would benefit a lot by going slower lol. Same power and intensity, but try to keep good form and not be mr speedy gonzalez.
Single punches or short combos.

I pretty much emulated my boxing strikes after playing the Xbox Fight Night demo, with RJJ and Hopkins. Eventually got a heavy bag in the basement and practiced my kicks too. Also a huge Tyson fan, have seen all of his championship fights.Originally Posted by cameintodissu
I joined a mma gym (predominately bjj) and had lots of fun learning combos, foot work, drilling and light sparring. Actually got a deviated septum surgery hopefully this year so might sign up again.
Also sparred in an uni club when I was in my late twenties.

If you don't have a coach or using youtube videos to learn about boxing i strongly recommend joining that subreddit and getting verified and getting your workout critiqued! ..
There are a many experienced pro coaches on that subreddit who are really helpful !!
