thats fine but swim has put 223 through a 7ish barrel ar pistol with flash can smacking human silhouettes easily with irons at 100. what more can you ask for for a car pistol and with a drum you will not be under gunned. sighting in at closer range the groups are tight . seems fine ballistics or not you get hit a handful of times youre done

The brace works around the current definition. The whole idea if the OP has any merit is that the definition would change to make braced AR/AK pistols into AOWs and require NFA stamps.
We have the supreme court pretty locked up now don't we? As long as we kill any court packers, you would think we are covered.

300 blackout was designed to be used with suppressed firearms. there is a much larger variety of ammo available with alot of heavier projectiles that are subsonic. 7.62x39 has far fewer options in ammunition, most of which are supersonic which can be suppressed but they will be much louder because the round moves faster than the speed of sound.
if you arent going to run a suppressor then 7.62x39 makes more sense imo because ammo is typically cheaper (at least it was before all these left wing nutjobs started burning the country down causing so many people to buy firearms for self defense). but ive heard 7.62x39 ARs can be finicky with reliability.Merica
