ive decided to put cleans in my bodybuilding program.
Specifically before i do squats as it helps get my knees moving in the morning.
Do you think I should be doing power cleans or full cleans?

Would you do sets of front squats before your squatting workout? B/C thats what the latter half of a squat clean is.
If you want to warm up the knees, maybe just do some air squats or thrusters with some dumbbells.--There are no stupid questions, just stupid people.
