my chest is more build now but I cant do much pulls ups?

So I did get stronger and I do pull ups but I can only do about 3 or 4 before I stop and I take a break for 30 seconds and do again but this time 3 and repeat 3 etc... How long will it take so I can do more then 3 pull ups? Like I mention my chest is more build now and you can feel my chest is getting bigger and even looks bigger then before because I also do free weights which is about 90 lbs hammer press etc.. If you don't know what hammer press is go watch bigger arms workout (dumbbells only) by THENX and skip to 6:23.
I also do push ups regular, diamond, and elevated push ups.

Set a rep goal for pull ups.

Let’s say you want to 20 pull ups, you do as many as you can in good form, say 6, then dismount the bar. Then your next set you do 4.
The next 2 sets you get 3 each then the last 2 sets you get 2 each.

I’d also switch between up pulls ups and chin ups, both work the lat similarly but one involves more bicep activation so it is a little easier to get reps with.

Also do a proper program that involves back work if you want to get better at pull-ups. And lose weight.

I endorse this message. I’m still overweight so pull ups suck for me.

Someone posted a pull up workout not too long ago I’ll see if I can dig it up.

    Edit: found it
