I have signed up today.
I request experts to help me with my question.
I am 22 Years Male
Height - 5' 11"
Weight - 102 KGS.
My problem is I have fats on chest, making me feel embarassed when wearing T Shirt etc.
I want to have a flat chest.
Going to Gym is not possible for me due to some reasons. I have a Cross Trainer at Home.
I request experts to guide me if flat chest can be achieved by doing excersise. I won't be able to buy any equipment more than 40 to 50 $ or afford a fancy diet.

That will do for a start, along with a calorie controlled diet as mentioned - but it sounds like you need to think about investing more in your health. You can't put a price on that.
