I spent $1200 on a Tag Hour watch that I really liked. It's just a really good looking watch. Yep girls all the time asking to see it closer. I usually keep it in my flight backpack small compartment when not wearing. I did a permanent
change of duty station and threw away my flight back pack......along with the $1200+ watch. Since then, I've had a Garmin $600+ watch at some point that tracks a lot of sht. I now wear wraps though to protect my wrist, so I don't wear watches at all.

I like watches a lot. The first, and only, expensive watch I bought is a Tag Grand Carrera. I wore it constantly, but only ever got two comments on it, both from men. I have about 15 watches now and the rest are all in the €75 - 350 price range, Seiko, Orient, Tissot, Citizen etc. And I buy the ones I like, rather than ones that I think will impress other people. Just stay away from the fashion brand watches like Gucci and Armani because they're generally way overpriced and barely Wish.com quality
