I work in energy, closely reliant on coal, gas , and oil
Any efforts to stifle these would result in tripling of your energy prices, thats a conservative estimate, not to mention brown outs and highly unreliable energy. Get ready to stock up on candles bro.Yellow fever crew

Based on what facts? Based on what factors?
Just more BS pulled from ass.
In any case, green energy is the future. Theres no reason not to continue to develop green energy and start supporting it mainstream.
Any dominant changes in energy arent happening overnight and anyone stupid enough to believe that should castrate themselves so this world isnt populated with any more retarded fuks.
Absolutely no reason why we shouldnt start mapping out transitions over the next generations.n4l

First of all I agree with green energy and love Tesla, our wind farms and hydroelectric damns here in the PNW, but I think the comment from the oil industry guy had merit.
It would be supply and demand. If you stunt the industry and don't decrease the demand, the prices will soar.
Rather then crush oil/coal companies, let's make them obsolete . Bring on the Solar Cities, Teslas, Nikola(scam?) Etc.
My two cents.

No. I work for China. Basically I do whatever I want over there. And my choice of work right now is military weapons reseaching(top tier). Its hilarious how much the American'ts spend on their "advanced" weapons only for me to make a counter with $13k in budget(not how much I was given but how much I spent).

lol at mapping out transitions. if green energy is so great then it will happen on its own. It wont happen till oil starts to run out and that wont be for 200 years. also seeing a how the 1st world is hell bent on making sure our population increases endlessly or else bring in 3rd world migrants, power demands will always be ever increasing, and ev's will only make it much much worse. green energy will always be playing catch up, it will never have the power density or cost to match oil and gas. nuclear is the god tier of energy production and the greenest along as waste is contained responsibly which we can do easily. but for some reason libs hate nuclear lmao

My home state (ak) is almost entirely reliant on oil. Whatever happens to oil impacts everyone who lives there. When Obummer made those bad deals with Iran it caused a massive flood of new supply into the market and was a contributing factor to the dramatic drop in oil prices. Alaska was pushed into a deep economic recession that it still hasn't recovered from. On behalf of all of the people who lost jobs, houses and had their families torn apart due to the economic crash. **** you OP, you red cock sucker.

people also dont realize oil industry = cheap access to building blocks used to make polymers
lmao not only will cost of energy go up, cost of plastic will skyrocket. 99.9% of consumer goods are made mostly of polymers and NOTHING can replace it as a material.
good luck being able to afford absolutely anything lmao paying 10X for power bill and then paying 10X for everything made of plastic, which is everything LMAO libs are delusional

this. there are counties in Colorado that have voted to go green and it didn't take long for people to complain about the insane cost of living... the company i work for is already planning on green gas at some point by capturing natural gases from landfills. it would work for some areas. but also be expensive as fuk
