    What do you guys think of the app fitbod for body building? Or even bau5

    It basically selects weights and exercises to start for you using your body weight and height and tells you you should be able to lift this amount and it gives certain exercises to do with it for example I’m 160 pounds and 6 feet it says for me to do dumbell rows with 35 lbs for 3 sets of 8 reps then pull ups 3 sets of 8
    Then bicep curls 30 lbs 3 sets of 10 and some more other exercises
