I hit rock bottom and had to go to a mental hospital twice last year for suicidal thoughts and a bunch of other **** I had going on. I relapsed after my first visit and had to go to another much better one a few weeks later. If you need someone to talk to you can pm me. There is all kinds of help out there.

For reals though, OP you need to set up your day of busy-natural-high-chit-to-do-natural-high cycle.
i.e. get up in the morning and go for a run. you gonna have immediate runner's high and then feeling better overall for the next hour or so. Do some work. Take a break if you start catching depressing thoughts, go workout early. Do some more work, run some errands that have to be done. Come home, distract yourself with a show you like, a good fap or whatever. Reads an interesting book or a textbook to fall asleep too.
Staying busy and active is GOAT way to pass time and depression.(__Y__) Misc Buck Breaker (__Y__)

Been reading these threads for a long time...made an account just for this one.
Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem OP. You’ll find most of our problems are only temporary. Many who have been in your position look back on these times and ponder, ‘what was I thinking.’
You have to ask yourself what circumstances in your life are making you feel this way. Then have an honest conversation with yourself and ask if you’ve tried EVERY possible solution. 99.9% you haven’t. Sometimes we’re afraid to try new things but is that fear really worse than the fear of following through the act of suicide.
My advice is much the same as others...start off with something small like walking, a new gym, or a new hobby where you can join a class. Focus on these smaller things and stop trying see the bigger picture as insurmountable. You’ll find with each successive step, your mind will begin to reshape it’s perspective.
If you feel you have nothing to lose, what’s the harm in trying it?
Best wishes OP...know that many have been there, and many are still here to talk about it.

I lost my BIL to suicide. The only thing it hurts is everyone else. He thought no one cared about him but the funeral was PACKED by the hundreds of people he impacted. The impact it has had on my family has been the worse experience yet.
Get help. Now. Talk to someone. Love yourself no matter how tough things are.Your nutrition and workout program determines your success.

I heard a story years ago that any time I’m feeling down I think about.
It was a guy who was going to kill himself , but wanted to go out with a bang so he went to Mexico and banged hookers and did drugs for a solid week. Somewhere along the line while smashing a 10/10 Latina and ripping a line he realized life isn’t so bad.
I like to think of that story like that no matter how low you get there is always something to live for. In his case it was hookers and coke.Pronouns: Bro/Brah
