I've maintained around the same weight since getting back into the gym post-quarantine 10 weeks ago. Was cutting down until now and just recently increased calories in an effort to break through a plateau on DL. The rest of my lifts have been consistently going up and at the moment I'm happy with where I am at but think it's time to start a bulk. Would that be advisable or should I cut/maintain until I see a complete stall? Currently running NSuns LP 5x a week with 4-7 accessories and only super occasional cardio I am thinking about increasing.

10 week cut/recomp, question about which direction to go!

I can't tell enough because fat is so deceptive when you have enough of it. I would focus more on specifically cutting than trying to recomp.
FS/ S/ OHP/ B/ DL
120/150/70/100/180 =KG
I don't go to the gym anymore so above stats are useless.
Only do weighted calastentics in the comfort of my own home!

Word, that was my goal and approach to training/eating but the way the scale has worked is that I've ended up roughly the same weight while strength and size has increased so I figured it counted more towards a recomp. I crushed the lifts I struggled on last week so I'll continue to go at this reduced pace and see where I am at once I cut down to the 150 range. Appreciate the help!
