    Protein for Vegetarians

Hi, I've recently become veggie and I'm struggling to build muscle like before, can anyone recommend good sources of protein?

I'm assuming milk and eggs are off the table - since whey is the most common and best protein powder.

    Whole food sources:
    - beans, chick peas, lentils, peas
    - whole grains, especially wheat and rice
    - nuts (not as high in protein as some think - but high in calories)

    protein powders: hemp, pea, soy

It is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society.

It's easy to not be afraid of tigers when you're sitting in your living room watching a television program about tigers. When you're in the jungle where the tigers are, it's quite a different story.

You nailed it, it's not much to add here.

If you drink protein powders, generally, check for such that have multiple sources of protein.

Anyone got opinions on hemp protein?

I find the rice and pea protein make me fart just as much as whey did.

Hemp is great, but it doesn't taste that well if you ask me
