Agree about twinks being delusional, but strength above your standard gym junkie level is completely irrelevant today

yep i cut 160 befour i went on vacation looked the best ive ever looked but my lifts where suffering its all about diet
but trying to put more plates on a bar is way tougher
twinks trying to make thereself by saying well least im not fat is just pure cope
