I'm to the point where I want to help others however I can. I figured by volunteering to undertake workout programs or whatever could be a fun way to do it.
Some background: I am a 34 year old male who is active duty military, so I am generally in good shape. I have completed 2 half marathons (2010, 2012) and an Olympic distance triathlon a year ago. I have switched it up lately from endurance work to strength building by using the Madcow 5x5 and would like to stay with it if at all possible with some accessory work.
I also am pursuing a bachelor's degree in sports health, so I understand everything that goes into building a program as well as the ins-and-outs. I only have 2 classes left to go (Physics and therapeutic exercises).
Hit me up with whatever you got and let's help each other out!

I'm curious about kettlebells as active recovery during a strength training/powerlifting program. How do KB swings and KB cleans affect recovery during a PL program, and how do they help build core strength? I've run Madcow and I know the setup.
