no fap is the weirdest thing. I fap at least 3 times a day or I cant focus. and am super charismatic/confident literally 0 anxiety/extremely outgoing. weird cope but ok.

Try to not use the internet for 2-3 days so you have a lil streak going on. Buy or print a map with empty blocks that you can color for everyday you have passed, so after 10 days you see them all colored in and you will be discouraged of breaking the streak.Originally Posted by conics
