Unfortunately got diagnosed with osteoporosis on the left side of my hip and osteopenia all over the place at 22 yrs old and all this is 100% eating disorder and low weight related
Now I am doing my best to keep it at bay by training, recovering and eating properly and prioritizing magnesium, vitamin D and K2 and calcium and by avoiding cycling and swimming

I 2nd this. How old are you, OP? I’m 26 now but nearly lost my life to anorexia and actively struggled to stay alive between 19-22. In my own recovery over the past 4 or 5 years since, I’ve noticed a huge improvement from including fish (mostly salmon but I love all seafood) back into my diet. I was a vegan and then a vegetarian, but reincorporating fish massively improved my bloods/mood/recovery/energy levels, even with the same restored bodyweight.

That's incredible progress man. Keep it up! I can't even imagine what you've been through.
Also this. You're extremely lucky to be alive, OP. I'm also 183 cm and I was actually hospitalized with major heart problems along with re-feeding syndrome at 55 kg. I wasn't even vomiting and my electrolyte imbalances continually almost killed me. Granted, I had a huge amount of muscle because I lifted for years and was very lean before my weight loss so it was all muscle that I dropped, but still...you have an extremely resilient body to have survived such a thing. Most people who reach that state don't see the other way out.
