There was a guy in a NY crime family that was a butcher, that’s where he learned how to carve bodies up and package to dispose, they were drug dealers too. They used lure their victims to an apartment above thier lounge to do the hit, hang upside in the tub to drain the blood and chop. The Buthchers’ cousin lived in the apartment and he was known as Dracula by the crew of car thief/killers.

A drug dealing vampire. So, maybe he lures in his victims with drug dealing, then he gets them hooked, so they keep coming back. Then, he sucks some blood after they get high. Maybe, he's a drug addicted, drug dealing vampire...with a skilled carpenter who works as his assistant.
