hey just joined the forum. Started working out and working on my diet about 2 weeks ago. Check out my gallery to see were I am starting at i am 6'3 180 pounds pretty low body fat for never really doing cardio and eating alot of fast food and never really working out. I know its not much but everybody starts somewhere. Any feedback would be great. On how my genetics are or tips on maximizing my gains. And which muscle groups to focus on more to get everything even. Besides chest already know thats my worst part i think. And what would you guess my bodyfat % is right now. I am also 21 years old
