As far as I understand these are completely separate from the repair shop.

There are three separate events:

1) repair shop
2) Bevon Cooney gmail release
3) CCP leverage on Biden and DNC



The repair shop hard drive story could have easily been falsified, from an intelligence agency (NSA?) in order to give them a verifiable story as to which they can move forward in prosecution (think NSA) as well as proofing that the FBI attempted to cover up them receiving the hard drives at the behest of the Biden Family Syndicate. This effectively kills two birds with one stone: it destroys any sort of past credibility the FBI had prior as well as showing the blatant corruption surrounding the Biden Family's dealings. There could be more on the HD but I haven't seen it.
