As a teenager I worked in the summers down in the white ghetto, man I loved going to work back then, there was a crew I worked with my age and they were frigging crazy. Then there was the crew up my way that were older.

Lockdown permitting.. I'm hoping to go on an entirely ill conceived, unwise and moderately hazardous "adventure" on Thursday. Not sure if >35 are interested but I saw this on YouTube and want to try it myself with an old friend

He's never been caving or climbing so looks a good environment to learn on the job. If we both make it out then obviously he learns quickly. Have to be out of Wales by 6:00pm on Friday before their complete lockdown starts. The idea is to enter one mine and leave out of another (as they join underground)

Went from missi g lunch most days to eating huge lunches. Additional time walking dogs with so much working from home seems to be offsetting it so far.

Always admired your resilience. No doubt you have been able to stay more dedicated and focused than anyone I really know through all the years. Even as dedicated as I might think I am....I still pretty much skipped a decade in the middle. Props man!

Thanks ID, for me its a way of life I think it balanced my life when I was younger without even knowing I was balancing it. When i don't workout I feel "lost" for me its way beyond muscle and strength, although I will admit I love the "look" but as you know I really don't care for the physical strength as much as I care for the mental strength behind it.
