    Animal cuts and anxiety/panic attack

    Hello i was about to buy animal cuts but i have a concern i suffer from panic attack/anxiety disorder but not that often i wanted to know will the thermogenic complex in it will trigger these attack because of the caffeine present in it

    No one can answer that for you but if you’re sensitive to stimulants to the point you have panic attacks, I’d say it’s best to avoid it.

    Agree, in your case it is better to stay away from things that will trigger your attacks

    Last I recall, Animal Cuts is quite on the moderate to high in terms of stims..
    You "could" try a lower stim product to test the waters?
    Or figuring out how to sharpen your mindset without stims altogether I often find a brief low intensity cardio before weight lifting often helps!
