Serious - muscle spasms when having sex, stretching, etc
I’m not sure if this is the right place to post this. This issue has been driving me insane. Whenever I include leg training (I leave it out sometimes due to a herniated disc that flares up frequently) or ab training, the muscles cramp or spasm anytime I do any activity. Even when my body gets used to the training.
So for example if I train those body parts consistently for 2 months and then I have sex, I’ll get a spasm either muscle (one time both which was terrible and embarrassing). It does happen more at the very beginning of starting to train these muscles. It even happens just trying to get out of bed sometimes.
Is there something I can do to stop this from happening? Stretches, supplements? Anything?
