I use to blend raw oats into my shakes. Anyone who's been lifting/dieting for awhile knows how monotonous the same old **** can be.

I actually look forward to different ratios with fruits flavors peanut butter honey ect now. Plus hot oatmeal is pleasant on the stomach.

My parents always took it with water and salt. We do it both ways.

Same. When Im cutting I use non fat milk. when im bulking I use whole milk. I easily drink half a gallon of milk a day so just switching milks put me in a deficit to almost lose a pound per week.

My go to protein shake recipe is a frozen banna, milk and a scoop of whey.
