I arm curl 130 lbs regularly, with a 150 lb max NATURALLY

Hello,
I like working out at home, but I've been to every gym in town. I've trained for the past seven years, and my strength may set records soon. If you wouldn't stop training naturally, you'll become a medium-build, magazine, physique. Girls are super friendly.

This year, my strength increased. I arm curl 130 lbs regularly, which is more weight than's at the gym. I have a max arm curl of 150 lbs.

I like to train naturally, and at home. At home, I get more time to myself, and I concentrate on form. Form is important, so I don't end up in the hospital. Maybe I'll return to the gym, but I still need more weight than's in the gym.

If you train naturally for a number of years, you turn into a medium-build, magazine, physique. I think it's nice, and girls think it's nice.

To conclude, I arm curl 130 lbs regularly. My max arm curl is 150 lbs. I enjoy my strong-,medium, physique, and girls do to.

P.S. I should make a video soon, and I really will when I arm curl 170 lbs regularly; is my goal.

I just want to show everyone online how much I arm curl. Gold's Gym has famous records of members who arm curl 150 lbs. So, I'm excited to verify my 150 lbs arm curls to everyone on the Internet.

Unless you weigh less than your 150 pound curl, you're not setting any records.

Poundage-wise, Dennis Cyplenkov has the world record for strict curl at 249 pounds at a BW of about 308.

Strength-wise, the American weightlifter John Davis was probably the strongest as he could strict curl 210 at a BW of 193.

You've got a ways to go if a curl record is in your sights.

But, I mean each arm curl. Do I not know what the name is? I curl 150 lbs each arm.

Google calls each arm curls 'dumb bell curls.'

I dumb bell curl 130 lbs. regularly, and my max is 150 lbs.

~ dumb bells, each arm. 130 lbs. 150 lbs. max. Also, I has techniques for longevity.

I'm real natty, as you can see in my pics. I know my pics make me look small, but my arms stretch the sleeves.

here are some more pictures with a better diet and OTC supplements

Here are some more pictures with a better diet and OTC supplements. This better diet consists of avocadoes, eggs, hamburger, and white rice. My favorite over the counter supplements are Universal's Sterol Complex, and creatine. I learned to take Universal's Sterol Complex from watching Russian arm wrestling bodybuilders who love ecdysterone.

Now, Russian Arm-wrestling bodybuilder's may not take Universal Sterol Complex, but they do take ecdysterone, which are sterols, which are in Universal's Sterol Complex. And boy, *********************************** ************************************************** *********************Universal tells you to take too many pills a day. Their 6 pills a day regimen hurts my kidneys, but 2 a day are fine, in my opinion, and there's a noticeable increase in strength.***************************************** ************************************************** ***********

Ecdysterone

There isn't going to be a shortage of edcysterone anytime soon. "Beta sterols" are heart 'vitamins.' "Beta sterols" are cholesterol 'vitamins.' "Beta sterols" are over the counter, and must remain in the vitamin isle for these reasons--heart health and cholesterol control.

Russian Arm Wrestling Bodybuilding

Part of my progress in strength is from my research on Russian Arm Wrestling bodybuilding, which is a natural way to lift more weight and get more mass.

Russian Arm Wrestling bodybuilding tells you to take a lot of weight, say 150 lbs. dumb bells, and use a short range of motion. I think it works.

(The black shirt'd pics are from today, and I haven't even worked out yet today.)

I have a dream today. I have a dream that one day every valley shall be engulfed, every hill shall be exalted and every mountain shall be made low, the rough places will be made plains and the crooked places will be made straight and the glory of the Lord shall be revealed and all flesh shall see it together.

Light doses of sterols. Light doses.

Light Doses of Sterols

Sterols are not often talked about in American bodybuilding. But, sterols are used in Russian bodybuilding. I use them, but they are too strong.

Universal Sterol Complex

Again, here's industry doping me up with heavy dosages.

6 Pills is Too Much

6 pills?! 6 pills is too much. 6 pills hurts my kidneys.

2 Pills is Just Fine

--2 pills. 2 pills is a light dose, yet 2 pills increases strength. 2 pills is all you need. 2 pills doesn't hurt my kidneys.

Heavy Dumb Bell Curls

Now, I "Arnold curl" 140 lbs. regularly, and concentrically. I have a regular-max of 160 lb. "Arnold curls."

I decided 100 lb. dumb-bell curls weren't enough, and I moved onto heavier weights. I'm getting kind of strong.

Bench Press

Also, I bought two more 45 plates, so I can try benching 270 lbs, and guess what? I now can bench 270 lbs {6 45 lb. plates}.

Hooray! I'm getting kind of strong. I have mildly strong bench presses(with hopes of reaching 300 lb bench presses), and I have really strong "arm curls." (arm curls, I keep calling them--each arm.)

If I get any stronger, I need a "California" gym.

Today, I started dumb-bell curling 192.4 lbs. , each arm.

Dumb-Bell, Strength, Pyramid

To do this, I experiment with a dumb-bell, strength, pyramid. My pyramid starts out with 100 lbs., moves to 125 lbs., moves up to 140 lbs., moves up again to 160 lbs., and lastly( today )I moved up to 192 lbs. on my pyramid. A strength pyramid seems to work, because--the lower side of a strength pyramid hits more areas of the muscle than the higher side, and "swolls" my muscles more.

Russian, Arm-Wrestling, Bodybuilding

I'm really a fan of Russian, arm-wrestling, bodybuilding. I use a few techniques from Russian, arm-wrestling, bodybuilding, which got me using 150 lbs. dumb-bells, --quickly. Russian, arm-wrestling, body-building dictates to use small ranges of motion with large weights. Many Russian arm-wrestlers are no strangers to 150 lb dumb-bells. And today, because of this, I'm able to dumb-bell curl 200lbs.

Russian Ecdysterone
Not Allowed in Professional, USA, Bodybuilding, But Not Illegal for Normal People

Russians also use ecdysterone. Now, edcysterone isn't allowed in professional, USA, bodybuilding, but I'm an amature, and I'm just trying to get girls.( As a side note, with all this extra weight, I'm also starting to need russain joint compound; both are popular with Russians.) Ecdysterone really improves strength, and adds a little size, too.

I Should Make a Video

I should make a video. I have some trouble with file size, transferring video from my phone to my computer, but I can take a couple of pictures, and post me weighing my dumb bell on a scale.

I Want to Marry a Wild Girl With a Big Butt at the Gym

Lastly, when Covid-19 is over, I want to return to the gym, and take my "easy" 140 lb dumb-bell, curls, each arm over by the girls with the big butts. I repeat, "when Covid-19 is over, I want to return to the gym, and take my "easy" 140 lb dumb-bell, curls, each arm over by the girls with the big butts." I want to natty, punk, Russian-technique, ecdysterone, marry one. Possibly, is one reading this article? And can get back to me? Hi. I've been working out for a long time, so I can marry one. I wish I could say to a girl with a big butt at the gym, "Oh look, they had to order 140 through 200 lb dumb bells--just for me.--Doesn't this mean we can get married?"

WoW, I can "dumb-bell curl," "arm curl," each arm, my bodyweight.

Just post the video to YouTube and share the link here. You can make it unlisted so only people with the link can see it.

Would prefer to see a video of his deadlift, bench or squats. I don't really give a toss about a decent arm curl.
