I started training for about 3 years. the first year, i just did whatever came to my mind and had little knowledge on nutrition. Senior year of high school I started to do some research on workout splitting and nutrition. Now that I am 20, I still do believe that I have a lot more to learn. never really thought of making an account on here but decided to try it out.
below are before and after pictures of both the front and back. (gained a bit of weight after quarantine) Right now I am focused on push pull legs and alternating between strength and hypertrophy
