I’ve noticed when I buy meat that is already cooked, the portions that I weigh out are more than the same amount of meat that I cook myself. For example, when I cook chicken, an 100 gram portion cooks down to around 67 grams, but when I weigh out 100 grams of meat that is pre cooked, the portions are a lot bigger. Are the nutrition facts accurate on pre cooked meat or are the nutrition facts on it for when it was raw?

Is there something on the nutrition data label that states "pre cooked weight" or "post cooked weight"? Why are you buying pre-cooked meat? Do you not have a cooking source and cooking utensils?
I had to live that way for a short time many years ago. Lit a fire and put wild game meat on skewers in the smoke. I also ran out of toilet paper. Had to use rocks. Your eye will become wiser in picking out rocks to use as toilet paper.
