Yeah, id say I probably have like bottom 10% genetics with regards to this, probably worse tbh. Very unfortunate

Is there any point in building obliques? Again, kind of new to this so not sure if that's one of those muscles that responds well in size increases to training.

You're correct that there's nothing you can do about your bone structure.

But doesn't mean you should just throw your hands up and not do anything or not train. I know you didn't say that's what you were doing, just sayin.

How old are you? Your body looks young. Keep working out and eating well and you'll fill out in time.

Yes, do core work. Not nesessarily to fill in that shape, but just in general. A strong core is very important in all aspects. And, yes, any core gains you make will help more than if you did nothing.

I'm 22, and I'm rounding my first year of training. I used to be overweight so I did a very long cut (more of a recomp because of my previously untrained status). I am 2 months in to my first real bulk. Would you say just smash lats to help this?

I think I would be a lot more comfortable as long as I got rid of that "dip" between my ribcage and hips.

Train your entire body. There is no reason to do anything else.

Worrying about things you have no control over (whether its real or imagined) is a waste of time.

You have control over how much training you do. So do a lot.

How many times you going to post the same thing? I already told you. You have great genetics.

OP doesn't even work out and is complaining about his physique lol.

Hey!! I have the same physique and when you add size, you look awesome.

I used to be overweight so still have some fat to lose but isn't worth getting any lower, but see how the hips look, oh wait you don't really notice them cause I built my body up some.

Stop complaining about something you can't control..
