They're on their phones constantly, even for a female - virtually all females are somewhat glued to their phones, and it can get pretty damn annoying sometimes. However, if they can't even put that chit down for 20-30 minutes for a meal with their boyfriend/family, or are more worried about social media and chit than whatever they're doing when out with their families, they've got a real problem. It is indicative that they are exceptionally selfish and simple minded at their core, and expecting long-term serious commitment from them without any issues is a fool's game.

The social media and most workplaces in general (doesn't have to be an office, they are surrounded by thirstcels in almost any working environment, whether it be fellow workers or clientele/customers) both cover nearly 100% of them.

Unfortunately, I think you're almost out of luck if either of those things are absolute deal breakers. These days, you'd be lucky to find a decent woman who could refrain from checking social media more than a few times a day. Most women are addicted to the constant dopamine rushes they can easily get from social media attention, whether it be from the thirstcel guys or from females doing on online circle session to stroke their egos.

Seriously, if I had just ended the relationship right there, everything would have been fine. But I was too much of a spineless and desperate cuck that I forgave her no matter how many times she did stuff like that. It ended up with her actually cheating multiple times and ruining my life.
