Sugar? Pre workout that wont keep me up at night!
Hey all! Looking for a STIM FREE Product.
Something that will be IN and OUT of my system.
I wont be using it daily
I want Energy and a Boost for a short duration, a lot of stim free stuff is just for a NO-Boost, but im looking for a short duration mental pick me up as well.
If anyone could let me know. Thanks!

Add a caffeine tab in when you need. You can get them at any pharmacy for $0.02-0.07 usually. 100-200mg tabs. You could also do some coffee.
Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.

Sure, some people swear on alcar, beta alanine, vitamin B12, phenilalanine, tyrozine.
Might be placebo, might work for some.
You can try them and see if they work.
Also you can try nootropics for mental pickup.
Same... can be placebo, and I assume it can work for some.I like to learn from the mistakes of the people who take my advice.

Hard to get a boost without stims man. Maybe Fruits/Vegetables and a positive attitude?
