If the Chargers do what they should by firing Lynn, getting him an o-line, and a couple more receivers he will be top 5 in the league. Can’t teach that arm talent.

Chargers are incredibly banged up (12 starters out yesterday I'm pretty sure) and OL is incredibly suspect. He's been amazing all things considered and if there was a redraft I really think theres an argument he goes #1.

Chargers don't need more WRs though and firing a coach (even after repeated chit 2nd half performances) when half the team is injured and you have a rookie QB isn't a good look. That's not how you get quality candidates to interview for the next position.

he passes the look test. makes throws lots of qbs cant make. seems to mentally thrive on the pressure too.

He had an incompetent offensive coordinator and 3 different head coaches in college, had some dud games though for sure. His receivers in college didn’t get separation. Allen is a great receiver, but after that it’s the often inured Mike Williams and a bunch of guys from the practice squad. A running game helps a lot. We’ll see what direction they go with Lynn.
