Oh I love the Holiday season at work, nice spike in suicides every year to deal with, and no visiting (been shut down since March) and I can't wait to have to cut down another hanger, or do CPR on an OD, or apply pressure on another cutter.

Normally 1-2 suicides all year, then Nov-Dec we get 3-7 attempts/successes. So much damn paperwork.

The M9 is the softest shooting, most accurate 9mm pistol I've ever shot personally. It has some draw backs (weight, size, hammer fired) which is why I wouldn't carry it but as a service pistol, it's hard to beat.

Everyone is always looking for the "cool new thing" and the M9 has been around forever so it doesn't fit that criteria. It's kind of like a 20" upper or the quad rail. Both work just fine (I personally prefer quad rails) but they're viewed as outdated.

Valid point. I could be wrong but in my area, the residents have a ton of pull with the PD. Our police here mainly serve as a force to keep us safe from the riff raff from Philadelphia. Unless its murder or some other srs crime, they don't go after locals. But again, I could be wrong. There are gyms, bars and other "non essential" businesses here that never shut down. Police get called, they show up and say "you're fine, we just have to show up bc we were called." They hang out for 10 minutes and leave.

I'm not holding my breath. I have no doubt there was unprecedented amounts of cheating and total fraud this election. I just don't see how it gets changed. I don't think they will prove fraud occurred in a state, and all of the results in the state will be overturned. If Trump lost by 50,000 votes, they will have to prove that 50,001 specific ballots were wrong and why each of them was.

I don't see a scenario where they say look this machine changed 40,000 votes that we know of, common sense would tell you its even more widespread, we can't count the results. I wish the could. I just don't see them doing it.

Worse yet, Dems will probably cheat and take Georgia since it will have their undivided attention. I said it after the 2018 elections. Georgia and (I think Florida) were a trial run for the 2020 election fraud. They tested out the mail in ballots (to a smaller degree) and fine tuned the "oh there's a box we forgot to count" and executed it on a massive scale this time.

Big mix, from a few days left on their terms to life without parole.

Most lifers (after 15+ years in) are some of the most chill guys you will meet, very little really gets to them anymore. It's mostly younger guys who have a long time left. Not a problem if we catch them soon enough, missing a body for a few hours (or days) is what gets us in trouble. Kind of like a 3 hour grace period basically to catch it.
