After I competed at the Arnold this year I took a break (about 5 months) from training intensely
I benched 455 at the Arnold, but It sank below to about 385 by August. Focused on work and family with another one now on its way.
So now I am trying to get back at it, seems like all my lifts have sank more then 100lbs and I have the long road ahead for rebuilding.
I want to get my bench back up over 500 before the next Arnold, which will probably be my next competition.
after 2 months I hit 415x2 so I am adding about 5lbs on my bench a week.

Trying to add 100lbs to my bench in 5 months, sub 400 to 500+ lb bench.
Best Raw total 1850 at 181 lbs
best comp raw lifts @ 181
squat 710
bench 500
deadlift 670
