I successfully lost 63 pounds over about 8 months. With the pandemic I had no choice but to go grocery shopping instead of buying takeout food. I used a meal tracker to track everything I bought and consumed. Working from home lead to me meal prepping to save time, which turned out to be very beneficial, and just drinking more water made me function so much better. I did this along with some light cardio to get myself back into fitness. I gave myself a 30 day challenge of getting on the bike at the gym for 30 mins a day or going for a 30 min jog all at a slow conversational pace. As a former athlete it worked for me.
