    Latissimus Dorsi

I am fairly sure I have injured my Latissimus Dorsi. Upper end of ribs on my left side/left back area. I am pretty sure I did it during OHP (completely my own fault, sacrificed form to try to get one more rep in). I have been waiting for it to go away but it's been bothering me for 5 days now. Any suggestions on healing? I have missed 2 workout days now trying to to further the injury. This is the first injury I have dealt with and I obviously don't want to lengthen my time off by injuring it further, but I would like to get back to training asap. Thank you for any input.

It's probably more likely your serratus anterior if done on ohp. Just take a few weeks off the movements that aggravate it and then practice strict form when reintroducing ohp

Ah yeah I think you are right after looking that muscle up. I assume it is from OHP because I can recall my form going to crap on the last set/rep. Yeah I am going to see what lifts I can do tomorrow without bothering it. Thanks for pointing out the correct muscle, I was just guessing before.
