I went to an event with my adventure group yesterday and everyone agreed that dating apps suck lol.

Meanwhile just cat ladies and dudes come out. I get to go surfing, paddleboarding, hiking and camping and bar hopping like SantaCon last year. So it forces me to get out of the house beyond the gym. But so far I haven't met anyone decent of the opposite sex. At least I'm trying beyond dating apps!

I'm going on their camping trip in 2 weeks, so we'll see if it's a more mixed group with HBBs.

That’s what a lot of posters don’t get, and I didn’t really a couple of years ago. It isn’t the fact a woman slept with 30 guys or is singing WAP in itself that’s troubling, it’s the type of (vapid, trashy) character and values that typically aligns to.

Which I like because it also indicates she isn't just desperately trying to find a man to fill that role. Of course she could be just saying that; words are just words after all. I just have to make my best assessment on their validity.

Getting follow up dates has never been an issue for me though. Getting the first one has been historically, with all the flaking etc.

i broke up with my gf of 3 years and I signed up on bumble. I matched up with a really average looking chick. I think shes a catfish, but im not entirely sure.

- she asks me how tall I am and says my 5'9" is too short for her unless i have a huge dink (red flag I think, what average chick says this right away)
- Anyway, i tell her to text me, and we start texting and shes complaining about never finding a guy with a big enough dick. So I send her the evian bottle copy pasta
- So i ask her to meet up for coffee and she says she would be down, but then says I have to prove that I have a big dink.
- Say not gonna happen before we meet up, and she gets pissed
- She says we should video chat, but she doesnt answer
- She says we should talk on the phone first but she sounds like fat. (the first time i called her it went to voicemail and it was a textnow app(not her real number?))
- I found a girl with her name and picture on facebook and tell her on the phone to add me on facebook.
- She goes no contact.

Debating whether or not to message that facebook asking if it was her or if someone was catfishing with her pics.
