Hi guys,
I started using micronized creatine mono and 1 hour later I am getting mild tingling sensation in feet. it goes away next day and comes back right after the next dose. I use to mix it with protein shake not sure thats the right way to take it. How others are taking this and anyone have this tingling sensation.

Maybe that chinese guy in the factory put beta alanine instead of creatine.

I checked the contents it only have creatine monohydrate nothing else. May be I will try what Jeff suggested by taking in with a proper meal. I always make sure I am buying the products that have at-least 9.5 rating in bodybuilding website and buy directly from bodybuilding. Also will try a product from different company and see.

I can't see or have ever felt tingling from creatine. Something else must be going on. That sounds like beta alanine, or possibly niacin.
