    Question Protein intake

    Hello friends,
I weight 220kg/485lbs and im cutting.
I saw that i need to take 1.6 to 2.2 grams of protein per body kg.
Do i need to take 1.6X220kg=352grams of protein everyday?
    Isn’t that alot ?

Since you're obese you should calculate to your target bodyweight, say 100kg. Or you can target by stepping down your weight goals slowly, so calculate to 175kg, then later on move it to 150kg, etc.
All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.

Don't be upset with the results you didn't get from the work you did not do.

Not sure on the exact number in grams but I was also told 1 gram of protein per pound (lb).

If you're overweight the right number is 0.7 gram per lb of TARGET weight. That's the protein minimum.

This is explained in the stickies.
