Long overdue Xtend Perfect10 Strawberry Dragon fusion review!

Been out for a while, but I/m back and I'm here to review Xtend's Perfect10 in the Strawberry Dragonfruit flavor!



First of all, thank you to Scivation for providing me with a tub to test out for an honest review.

On to the review! (forgive me, Im a little rusty)

I dont think I need to go to into detail about how Xtend is IMO THE epitome of quality amino acids, and now they have given us another option.

Here's a look at their product label


As you can see it really does have a solid 10G of EAA's which is of course what's trending (over BCAA's...which I still drink)

The stuff mixes just as perfectly as their BCAA's....... perfect... nothing granular, a little settling on the bottom, but thats after a LONG time of sitting (like hours).... so it's null.

That being said lets focus on the flavoring, I for one am not a Strawberry kind of guy as it always tastes to artificial and chemically, but I've had another company provide me with a dragonfruit flavored supp and I really enjoyed that so I jumped on Strawberry Dragon fusion in hopes that the strawberry wouldn't be overpowering.

So to start I always try out the supp with the recommended water ratio 10oz of water......... HOLY CHIT ITS POWERFULLY SWEET! I dont like overly sweet..... and sadly this guy is very heavy with the Strawberry flavoring, very faint dragonfruit........ especially at 10oz.

Went ahead and filled my shaker with water for 2nd try (note pic) what is it... 24-26oz?? honestly a much better flavor for me, still very strawberry heavy but muted due to dilution.

Currently I will drink one scoop in a 64oz jug with a little packet of a sugar free lemonade stick (the crystal light type ones) and its pretty tasty like that.

If you love sweets and I mean SUPER SWEET. particularly Strawberry.... then this is your jam. As for me while I appreciate the opportunity to try it out, it isnt for me.

So on to ratings....

Profile......a Perfect10 (See what I did there?)
Mixability.... again Perfect10
Flavor..... for me, a 3-4 just because I hate strawberry and hoped the dragonfruit will shine through which IMO It did not.... now since it's been a minute since the product has been out it shows that the Strawberry flavoring

Overall for me its still a great product, I'd have just chosen a different flavor.

oh no.. i have a huge one coming for you guys..... it will be of almost all the flavors of C4U (Sour patch Bros, Orange Mango, Strawberry Watermelon) and even a C4U power- cherry pie)
