    Looking for tips

    Hi everyone,

    I am looking for some tips on how to gain weight while doing lots of exercises and weight lifting, because i am kinda skinny but i want to gain weight but im just losing weight by doing a lot of exercises, so im guessing that i am not eating the right things so if anyone has some tips please let me know?

    I am 16 btw but i dont know how to change my age so dont look at it haha

    It's not about "right things" to eat. It's about the quantity you eat. This comes down to Calories in VS Calories out.
    So simple tip is "EAT MORE"
