Hi everyone,
I am looking for some tips on how to gain weight while doing lots of exercises and weight lifting, because i am kinda skinny but i want to gain weight but im just losing weight by doing a lot of exercises, so im guessing that i am not eating the right things so if anyone has some tips please let me know?
I am 16 btw but i dont know how to change my age so dont look at it haha
