Long story short.
I started bodybuilding as a 19 year old. I was dedicated for 5 years, but during that time I drank very heavy on the weekends, and back then I didn't understand nutrition.
From 25 to now, I've lifted off and on, and continued heavy drinking for years.
In 2015, at age 33, I gave up heavy drinking, and switched to a whole food plant-based diet.
I battled anxiety and depression for years, and since switching my diet, I've gotten much better.
I own a gym, and I do online nutrition coaching.
I've been lifting off and on the past few years, in my basement. But I need motivation to keep with it, so I'm starting this journal.
At 38 years old, I'm a little worried, and unsure about getting back into bodybuilding.
I need the support and encouragement.
I'm 213 now, and my goal is to cut to 160. And then slow bulk back to 185 of so.
