Either 1- manually swap out an exercise for an alternative one and the app does that for each occasion.
Or
2- Enter available equipment and the app swaps out exercise automatically to suitable alternatives
I work out at home and have a garage setup (power-rack with lat pulldown). I'm just starting "modern physique" and am having to think too much! once Ive done my research to find a suitable alternative exercise I then have to remember for next time. Thinking And Remembering, not what I want to be doing!
I could see this been useful in a Gym setting as well as keeping hold of all the equipment needed in some of the sets could be a challenge.
