Eating Habanero Before Lift......

Saw a guy do this before lifting. I grabbed a few orange Habaneros from the gym to take home.

I eat one, it gave me a kick in the ass, I may have to try this before a lift now?

Somewhat, I've ate plenty of them in the past, used to work with a fella who grew them, but I never ate one by itself before.

This guy ate a chocolate Habanero which they said was much hotter than the orange ones.

The orange one I eat blows a Jalapeno away in the dust.

I assume peppers last for awhile longer and the more times I eat them the more intense the heat gets.

But I don’t like the idea of huffing things, they use it at the gym, I pass on it.

Maybe come to a compromise... Don't have the ammonia, but give up eating all the habernos too. Just get someone to towel flick your azz real hard as you setup for deadlift, similar burn but more temporary.

I suggest you try it next time you're in the gym on the guy you videod doing those heavy DLs. For added effectiveness don't tell him beforehand.

Well, I've been joking around but the body does interpret the substance in chilli as if there's pain and that response can trigger adrenaline endorphins etc. Maybe it'll work like being slapped on the back? I'd prefer the slap to the chilli, especially if after handling them you only washed your hands once normally then forgot not to touch your eyes.

It definitely does trigger adrenaline.

Your actually supposed to wear gloves when handling, I washed several times and still felt the burning sensation when touching into the evening.

Habanero pre-workout is better if you dry them, then run through a coffee grinder and snort some before your workout.

I did get some super hots from a grower I went to high school with.

Ever had a wartryx ? That is a nasty MOFO.

I had some that looked like Ghost peppers but I think they were peach brain strainers and jigsaws?

I really enjoy eating these while lifting, but I have to eat them several minutes before a lift otherwise to let the heat linger, as the first hit takes my breath away sometimes, can’t do that during the lift.
