Masks do help mitigate the spread as well as social distancing.
Fukc Trump and what he "thinks".
I'd choke you out in less than a minute. Hell, anyone from a reputable school would beat the breaks off you. BTW, we break peoples shti too. You'd be surprised how easily your arm can be broken before you knew what happened. Ask your MMA friends to show you that

We’ve been doing this since May, it didn’t do anything?????
I can show you areas were people mask and people don’t mask and the numbers are no different, plus the COVID numbers in general are false anyway.
I’m well aware how easy an arm can break but the correct hold and leverage must be applied first. Resisting a choke requires bite and tendons not muscle.

Not a bad idea I could give this a try but it has to be in the summer I am not grabbing no rock in the cold.
You talking to me? If so I did Jujitsu some years ago after I trained in Tae Kwon Do, none of them really did anything for me when it came to real fighting, its all for show. However the training was great on both fronts but still nothing like bodybuilding. On the list for Bannukah

Yes, you
You think BJJ is all show? Did you do Japanese JJ? That is more like TKD w/ all the kata stuff but not even close to Brazilian JJ. Add in Muay Thai training and thats a heck of a workout.
Do you ski? Tons of nice trails to ski around NY. Hunter Mtn upstate is great. Vermont has tons of ski spots also.Last edited by Jtbny; 10-16-2020 at 04:41 PM.

I’ve felt like a lot of things but I can confirm that I have never felt like an inflatable sex doll. I have a friend that might have felt like a sex doll once, tho. It was weird.
I also think someone is drunk-posting.

ahhh.... the old "one post and then split" routine. I never pegged you for that kind of gal.

I meant all show for at least 90% of folks training in it. I do, however know that folks who have trained in BJJ for years and years are really good and can execute the movements in real life situation, but for the most part none really put it into real life threatening situations.
I'll give you an example, a friend of mine (Dominic from Trinidad) was training in BJJ with me and there was this dude (Mike) at our same Dojo that was spewing some nasty sh!t about him and his wife. Dominic must have been training in BJJ for at least 3 years I was there for 4 Mike was there for like 6 years if I remember correctly.
Dom told me he was going to bitch slap Mike when they both were out of the class, I thought for sure this was going to be a hell of a scene, but it wasn't. Once both men were out side and started fighting none of them used any of the BJJ stuff, Dom wind up beating the crap out of Mike but just good ole street fighting no BJJ no karate no nothing just "fighting"
Sadly I don't know how to ski or even rollerblade I really wish I had learn when I was young, was too much into the streets growing up and never did either. On the list for Bannukah

Great post dude, some real fights go on the ground, that’s where the grappler bjj stuff is an advantage, but if your fighting someone who knows how to fight well on their feet there’s no prediction bjj is superior.
When the Gacies came out with the first few UFCs they picked guys they knew Hoyce could beat, them it became ground vs ground fighters, because that’s what they both practice.

The distancing thing is a no brainer, gee stay away from sick people and you decrease your chances of catching whatever they have....what a novel fukkin idea. The masks I think are a complete joke though, if everyone wore them in a sterile hospital style environment, put them on properly, never touched them, etc etc then maybe they would stop a miniscule amount but the way I see people wearing them, the constant fukking with them, etc they wont & dont accomplish a damn thing.

They do though as much as you don't think they do. It's not perfect but its part of the broader solution.
Again, they are there to protect me from you and they help mitigate the spread along w/ social distancing. The issue w/your comment is you are days in before you might even know you are sick. How do you avoid that? The people I know who've gotten C19 ALL were around someone else who showed no symptoms at the time and were maskless.☻/

The way people are wearing the mask it's ridiculous, placing them under their chin or only covering their mouths but exposing their nose, wearing them online in a restaurant but taking them off once you are seated... it's a fcking joke.
Honestly I think this whole Covid handling is retarded. On the list for Bannukah

I wear mine below the nose, I don’t thats a problem, in fact that is more risk for me not anyone else. I don’t walk around sneezing anyway.
But masks in general are BS, even Faulci said back in March, he laughed at the idea, now you got clowns like Biden wearing two masks, that’s as stupid as double encryption, which is a VPN marketing scam.

But I wear my mask correctly so I'm protecting you from me. Good thing too because I had to go yesterday to get tested because my BJJ partner tested positive. I bet others I've been in contact with after would be glad to know I take wearing the masks seriously for others protection. 3 day test so I'll know Thur/Fri.
