Possible concussion? - would like to get some feedback on possible outcomes

On 9th of September, at 21:00, I have received a few shinbone blows to the head (high-kicks). They have happened during multiple sparring rights (not simultaneously or consecutively, but each following interval of 3-6min in respect of one another. NOTE: I was not wearing helmet, and neither does anyone usually. (Dumb, I know, but this has been a lesson for me)

I did not have any loss of conciousness, dizziness, headaches, blurry vision, nausea or vomiting reflex, absolutely nothing, hence as we have concluded sparing, we went to changing room and went home. On the next day (Thursday), I went to work, which involved lots of moving around town, driving car, talking with people, being out in public, basically my average day, and I felt absolutely fine.

Now, on the 2nd day post hit, Friday evening, around 15:00, I have felt slight dizziness, fatigue, fogy brain, slight loss of balance, I did not initially understand what's going on, but I have immediately traveled to local hospital by bus. There I have waited a few hours until doc can check on me and perform CT of my brain.

CT turned out to be absolutely fine, all structures were intact, and when doctor did a check on me (eye pupils, see if there are any bruises/swellings, follow the stick test, touch nose test, coordination etc.), everything was absolutely fine, it looked like I was just as normal, so doctor told me "everything is good, but given the symptoms you describe, it may look like a mild concussion, though other than symptoms you describe, there is no evidence of such, but just to be safe let's do the following; 1. Bed regime with full rest for 3 days, then you can start walking, going out to breathe in some fresh air etc."

So, of course, given an overall calm vibe and that everything seemed fine and chill, and due to me being over-complacent, I have neglected the regime, and for a few days I did have exposure to PC and TV, phone for a few hours every now and then. (I also slept a lot, so much in fact that I had headache from just sleeping for so long).

3 weeks have gone by, I have headaches/migraines all over my head (while main headache is postcentral gyrus/postcentral sulcus, every now and then I get pulses all over my head, except for frontal lobe), which is completely unusual since if I ever have a headache, it's usually frontal lobes and nothing else. I also tried to exercise, run 6km, and it felt normal, except for headaches after. I also feel like when I'm exercising the pulsation gets more intense (I can feel my head heart-beating so to say)

    Doctors I have met:

Neurologist - said it's unlikely to be the concussion, since at my age (23 y/o) usually there's at least short period loss of conciousness, which I did not have, and instead hinted that issue may be with the fact that ear labyrinth (vistibular apparatus) has been affected, so she sent me to check it out with ENT doctor.

ENT doctor - said that ears are all fine, all is good and it was likely a concussion, but now that it's been 3 weeks there's no point to restain myself any further, just try live normal life and keep checking stuff and see how it goes.

TBD; CT scan of my neck, dopplerography to check the vertebrae of neck; dopplerography of neck to check the vessels and everything that pumps my head.

Currently I'm kinda depressed, I have fears that this won't go away and I won't be able to train and do stuff like I usually did in my life since it's a 4th week now that I'm experiencing all of this.

Can someone please provide some objective feedback? Is it really concussion, could it be something else, will it go away eventually, will there be long-term consequences?

P.S - There is one more thing, before this situation on 9th of september, I had another training (this is pre-hit, everything is good, just having a normal training), when I did forward roll, I have noticed that I feel like vomitting.

This has NEVER happened to me before, I never had issues with my vestibular apparatus of any sort, I've been riding roller coasters all my life, but after one roll, I felt nauseous, this was the first WTF warning sign.

Could it be that I already had something? Only difference being is that I was feeling great, no headaches nothing. May be I already had something from sparring all this time without helmet, and these last few blows to the head just triggered what's already been in there?

In such case, could it be something but concussion? (Bearing in mind, CT scan says everything is fine), so that leaves out concussion, but then again, except for headaches, the nausea was there before the concussion?

    Thanks for any feedback!
