I'm mainly calisthenics, I don't really distinguish between push/pull. COVID did set me back, when my gym opened I was doing dips, push ups, lat pull downs (I got too weak AND heavy to do pull ups in the form I like.....perfect chest to bar) every single day. My body responded like a rock star! I'm back to doing strict chest to bar pull ups like a boss and almost back up to doing straddle planche. I don't give a fukc about rest days. My arm routine is pull ups and dips/push ups and planche progression though. I do use the lat pull down crap to improve my pull ups.

work schedule and everything is fuking my gym time over so bad, legit haven't been training for like 5 days now. Gotta get back into it tonight after work, just gotta wait till 5am till it opens and jet. Fuarkkin mirin' arms tho

Maybe I need to try Chest everyday (or nearly everyday) if you found it effective. Its definitely the bodypart I'm least satisfied/content with.

shoulder joint is way more complex i wouldnt risk it tbh unless you're just gonna do some fluff and puff cable stuff err day

Here is a break down for naive MISC brahs who just started lifting and buy over-the-counter supplements, or who will have the nuance of this all go over their heads.

• If your blasting technology, then enjoy that consistent and juicy growth with 10/10 vascularity with little to no limit on growth potential.

• If your natty.... enjoy paper thin, over worked muscles with marginal to no growth because of high volume and little to no time to properly and naturally heal with base-line hormone values...... followed by the enviable injury to a tendon, muscle, or ligament which will have you out the gym for months +Medical bills.

Stay incredibly safe and realistic @ 100+ reps natty brahs. Dead SRS

Been debating trying a nuclear option for arms myself since they're pretty damn weak, but I think I should at least wait to get back to bulking, and idk if that volume would just be too much.

Yes, be carfeul if you do this. The natty “paper thin” arms no gains high volume spew is complete bullchit though. Don’t knock something till you try it

Legs, chest/back, shoulders/arms
